It is a short 60-minute drive from New York City.
Is it a Farm, Estate, or House?
It is an Estate on 22 acres that we lovingly refer to as a Farmhouse, as there are domestic animals on the vast property.

When was it built?
It is relative a new build from 1999.
How do we book the house?
All bookings for short- or long-term vacation rentals are done through VRBO.com. It is the most secure and reliable source for vacation rentals. Just click on the “Book Now” button to go to the listing page. Must be 25 years or older to book.
How many bedrooms does it have?
5 bedrooms, (two King beds, three Queen beds, two Twin beds and multiple pull out sofas).
How many bathrooms does it have?
3 and a ½ bathrooms.
How many does the house sleep?
Comfortably sleeps 16 people.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, everything you need for a comfortable stay will be available.
What time is Check-In, Check-Out?
Check-out is at: 10:00 am. Check-in is at: 4:00 pm.
Is smoking allowed?
Please note that this is a Nonsmoking house.
Are pets allowed?
Please note that there are no pets allowed in the house.
What are the amenities offered at the house?
Private Pool (seasonal), Tennis Court and Basketball Hoop, Ping Pong, Gym Room, Hiking / Biking Trails, WiFi, Outside Kitchen, BBQ Gas Grill, TVs and much more.
Is the Pool available all year?
Pool is only available seasonally during the late Spring and Summer months. It is not heated and therefore is winterized in the off-season.
When is the Tennis court available?
The private tennis, with additional basketball hoop, court is being re-built new to official competition dimensions, scheduled completion Spring 2020.
What is in the gym room?
The gym has all new professional grade equipment: barbells, bench, cable machine, yoga mats and more.
Are there animals in the farmhouse?
The farm is stocked with chickens and goats. You are welcome to interact with thembut please DO NOT FEED the animals anything else. A pair of guard dogs stay inside the barn area and are taken cared for by the caretaker. Please do not let them out. The caretaker will come occasionally and will not need to access the house.
Is Heating and Air Conditioning included?
Yes, central heating and air conditioning will be provided as part of your rental fee.
Are there groceries / retail shops nearby?
Yes, many big box stores and well-known grocery chains are available 6.9 miles (12 mins drive) away in downtown Newton.
