About Fredon Hills Farm
The house was built in 1999, on 22 acres of farmland by the original owner, with care and priority to take advantage of all the natural surroundings. The original owners have since retired, and due to the demands of constant upkeep, sold the property to be in more able hands.
It has since gone through a regeneration, with all new furniture, paint, carpets, flooring, gym equipment, ping pong table, and other entertainment amenities.
The tennis court was also rebuilt into a fully sized, USTA-grade tennis court. The existing horse barn and surrounding land were stocked with chickens, goats, and a cow (spot her on your drive up to the house!) for all to interact and enjoy.
